I was recently introduced to the 13 Clean toothbrush from ToiletTree Products.  They have a manual toothbrush kit that consists of one starter head, 12 replaceable heads, toothbrush head cover and stand that holds the replacement heads.  Each head is marked with a month so that you always know how fresh your toothbrush is and reminds you when it's time to replace the head.
