ClipSee Review

I am a commuter who is in the car many hours each week and recently got a new car that doesn't have Bluetooth.  After having Bluetooth for so long, I was seeking other options to allow me to still have the same convenience. When I saw the ClipSee, I was thrilled to have a hands free option without the need to connect to Bluetooth.

                            

The ClipSee speakerphone if iPhone is a new hands-free option that provides secure and convenient positioning for your iPhone 4 or 5. It easily clips onto your shoulder belt and works with most standard sized iPhone cases!

I've been using my ClipSee and have had great results overall with it. I have an older bulkier Otterbox case which made it very tight and hard to remove phone once positioned in place.  It was easy to get my phone into the ClipSee and positioned correctly.  The finger guides worked great, and it had a nice clear sound.  I was able to hear callers easily and they could hear me.  

Overall I would recommend the ClipSee as a great alternative if you don't have Bluetooth capabilities. The ClipSee would make a wonderful gift this holiday season for the techie in your life!  I have been enjoying mine and will continue to use on my daily commutes!

Old Factory Candle Gift Set Review & Giveaway

I just had the opportunity to try some new candles, and for all of you that know me know that I LOVE candles!  I have way more than anyone would ever need in two lifetimes.  

Old Factory Candles are sold exclusively on Amazon, and are hand poured in the USA.  They are made with natural soy wax and self trimming cotton candle wicks.  You also have the option to have them gift wrapped when you order.  I had mine gift wrapped, and below is the cute way it was wrapped.  What a cute and easy way to order Christmas gifts and have them come already wrapped! No effort needed on your part! 

Each candle burns for approximately 20 hours and all burned clean.  I received the Fall Harvest, and all smelled amazing and had good scent range when lit.

October Flicker Box

I am a candle junkie, and have far more than any person could ever need in a lifetime, yet i'm always looking for new candles to try.  This is my first Flicker Box, and I am extremely happy with the quantity as well as quality of the products in this box.  I received this box at a discounted price in exchange for my review.  

The Cost: $25 for your first month, $34 per month after.  

You get a box of carefully curated artisan candles

The scents of all the candles in this box were perfect for Fall, and full of scent!  This box contained:

• Second Star to the Right in Mulled Cider - This candle is handmade in Chicago of all natural soy and has a 40 hour burn time.  it contains a wooden wick and has a wonderful aroma of hot cider with cinnamon, cloves an nutmeg.  Just the thing to get you in the mood for Fall!
• Midnight Owl Candle Company in Autumn Leaves - This candle comes in a lidded mason jar, which you can reuse when empty.  All these candles are hand poured and made with the finest ingredients.  It has a scent of apple cider and cinnamon.  
• Armadilla Wax Works Orange Cinnamon Votive - This votive has a beautiful orange color and a scent of a mix of Orange and Cinnamon.  This has an approximate burn time of 15 hours.  It had wonderful scent distribution when burned, especially for a votive!
• Armadilla Wax Works Autumn Leaf Floating Candle - unscented leaf shaped floating candle with an approximate burn time of 7 hours and has a beautiful orange color.  
• This box also contained a small bag with a few pieces of candy and a pack of matches to light the candles

Overall I was extremely pleased with this box and it definitely was worth the price.  I can't wait to try and other and hope to soon have a subscription!

City box

I always love when subscription boxes arrive in the mail and boy was I excited when my sample City Box arrived today!

Gurus

I was recently introduced to Gurus sandals and immediately fell in love!  Gurus are a modern twist on a 5,000 year-old Indian classic, inspired by the ancient wooden sandal worn by Mahatma Gandhi.

The run pretty true to size, but I wish i'd gotten mine a size bigger as I like my sandals a bit looser.  The top strap was initially a bit snug, but after wearing them and trying a great suggestion by the founder to twist the strap to make it a little wider I was good to go!
